About the Author:
Erika Meyer has been working as an ice skating instructor for over 20 years, providing group and private lessons to students of all ages at the recreational and beginning competitive levels. She began taking ice skating lessons at the original Sky Rink in New York City at the age of 6, and subsequently continued her training in Lake Placid. She has a background in figures, freestyle and ice dancing. She currently works as an instructor at a popular ice skating rink in New York City. In addition to teaching ice skating, she works as an occupational therapist, upon graduating from Columbia University.

I am truly grateful for the time and effort that he contributed in order to bring my words to life. This book was created in the spirit of true collaboration, and it would not have been possible without him. We met at the original Sky Rink in New York City, where we skated as teenagers.
